EDB’s announcement on suspension of face-to-face classes in response to pandemic

2022-01-14

Dear Parents,

The COVID-19 Omicron variant is currently spreading in Hong Kong and may rapidly worsen the epidemic situation. We are now at a very critical stage.  The Education Bureau announced on 11 January 2022 that all primary schools, kindergartens and kindergarten-cum-child care centers in Hong Kong should suspend face-to-face classes and all on-campus activities on or before 14 January 2022
until schools' Chinese New Year holidays.

Our kindergarten would suspend face-to-face classes on 14 January 2022 until schools' Chinese New Year holidays. Our school’s Chinese New Year holiday is scheduled from 29 January 2022 to 13 February 2022, and classes will resume tentatively on 14 February 2022.  The EDB will continue to closely monitor the epidemic's development and take into account of professional advice from health experts as well as discuss with the school sector; review and adjust the aforementioned arrangements, and make announcements timely.

Please pay attention to updated notices from the EDB or visit our school website.
