Sai Kung Vaccination Day 14-4-2022

“Sai Kung Vaccination Day” will be held at Man Yee Wan Recreation Centre on 14th April 2022 (Thursday ). This program is co-organized by Sai Kung Rural Committee, Sai Kung Kai Fong Committee, Hang Hau Rural Committee, Sai Kung & TKO CACL, and Sai Kung District Office.

Sai Kung District Office will offer an early registration for our students & parents to do the vaccination. Starting from 24th March to 30th March (before 4:00p.m.), interested parties please call the school office at 2792 2245 and leave us your personal information including the time period chosen to pre-register the vaccination. For details, please refer to the attached poster.

(Our school office hour: 9:30am to 12:00noon & 1:30pm to 4:00pm. Monday to Friday)

**Note:

~If you have already done the vaccination booking at the other institutions, you do not need to re-register again.

~ On the day of vaccination, parents please remember to bring a duly signed consent form and student handbook (with information of child’s name, date of birth and student’s photo) or other identity document (with recent photo attached).
